Dr. Sebastian Bachus

In his PhD thesis, Sebastian investigated frustrated magnets, for example, by specific heat measurements in the millikelvin range using a dilution refrigerator. After years of hassle with cryogenic liquids, he instantly fell in love with kiutra‘s cryogen-free cADR systems and joined the hardware development team in 2022. Sebastian focuses on the development of new ADR materials and measurement automatization.
