IV measurement

1 run = 1 cooldown of 1 sample carrier (may contain multiple devices).

1 sample = 1 four-point measurement on 1 device (e.g., one excitation pair and one voltage pick-up pair). Every additional voltage pick-up counts as another sample. Additional control voltages (e.g., gate or bias) can be configured in step 04.

Reusable carrier, up to 8 samples. For each extra control voltage, the sample space is limited by one.

Bias or gate voltages applied to each device using an independent multi-channel DC voltage source (maximum two per device). Each extra control voltage limits the sample space on the sample carrier by one.
